The Global Cheese Knife (sometimes referred to by others as the Skeleton Knife) is uniquely efficient in cutting both soft and hard cheese and certain to generate a few “wow” responses from guests as they reach for the party cheese platter.  Even the two-pronged blade tip is put to good use picking up slices off any cutting surface while the open panel on the blade itself prevents cheese from sticking to its surface.
